Great service. Would have given 5 stars but they brought the wrong glass the first time which made repairs take an additional day. They were prompt the second day with the correct glass. Overall good experience.

I had a family emergency prior to the service appointment.I called to cancel the appointment being that the money invested was going to be needed(this was an emergency) needless to say, they wouldn't do anything about it besides just credit a future purchase if in case. I must admit I was a little rude to Gloria, I know it wasn't in her hands to fix it. I went ahead with the appt. & got my window fixed. So an apology and a thank you is what this review carries. The window was like new.

Norm was great in selling Mobile Glass to me. I was slightly disappointed in the number of times we had to reschedule and the fact that no one called me to inform me of any delays. I was always the one to call them to figure out what was going on. But ultimately they did a great job and am very happy with my windshield replacement.

Got a windshield replacement quote in the morning that was the best of four I compared, and they had a technician out that afternooon! J.T. was very professional and courteous, and did a wonderful job. Definitely would use again if needed.

I was scheduled for an appointment on a day that was raining-the company called me first thing in the morning and told me that they did not advise moving forward with the appointment-I really appreciated the call-kept me from waiting around and wondering- I rescheduled with no problems- The technician- JT- was very kind and professional- he was fast and his work looks great-he was very informative and told me all of the do's and dont's over the next two days- EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!

Called around and these guys were definitely not the cheapest, but they said they would be here the same day. Technician showed up with the wrong glass. It is now 6 days later and I am still waiting for them to call back when they say they will or bring the right glass. Terrible.

This is the worst place I went through. I had to call them 3 times back and they still didn't get the job done.

A tree fell on my car! I was so happy how fast I was able to get an appointment on the same day. Andrew was really nice and clarified all my questions about the repair. The technician even took away the old glass and transferred all my stickers. Very Pleased!!

I was visiting Fort Worth with my family and on the way a rock chipped my windshield! I called mobile glass and was surprised how nice the people were. I've had experience with auto glass companies before who made me wait forever and didn't even give me a good quote. I was happy with the customer service (the office is actually located in Austin) and the guy who repaired my windshield came out the same day I made an appointment.

Don't waste your time calling every place in town. Mobile Glass got me in the same day I called for replacement. I'd been avoiding getting a chip repaired and, of course, it turned into a huge crack overnight. The technician left everything just as it was. There was no trace he was ever there, just a brand new windshield!

The one thing I really enjoyed about using mobile glass is that they were able to schedule service for me the very same day I called. All other places I had to wait. One thing you should know, they require a credit card before they come out and do the work, which I was surprised to hear but they did a goob job in explaining the reason why and only charged me exactly what they said they would.
